Our entire class is a continual workout that will strengthen you physically and mentally. Our high energy class, conditioning drills, basic boxing & kickboxing,strength/conditioning and intense cardio will get you to your fitness goals, build your muscles and get you that toned, boost of confidence & increase in energy that look you've been striving for!
You will be doing a mixture of stretches, core work, ab work, cardio, strength & conditioning and circuits. Don't worry about your fitness level our instructors will modify a workout for your level. We have various women with different fitness levels in class, we'll make sure we get you to the warm up that is perfect for your fitness level.
